“ As ever the food was beautifully cooked, from scratch, the way good restaurants do things. The mixed starter, where you get to choose 3 from the menu, you think can’t be beaten. Until that is you try the Ravaiya nu Shak, stuffed baby aubergines in an amazing masala and peanut sauce. Booked to do the masterclass just to learn how to make that dish. BTW the masterclass was tremendous fun and very well run - thank-you! ”
